The IBS™ compression and neutralization screws are cannulated, self-drilling and self-tapping.
The design of the IBS™ compression screws allows to distribute the compression effort, and facilitate the osteosynthesis.
The IBS™ are made of Titanium alloy Ti6Al4V
The IBS.™ screws are intended for:
– The fixation of arthrodeses, osteotomies or fractures of long or short bones of the upper and lower limbs,
– Osteosyntheses requiring a mono or bicortical compression.
The IBS™ screws are available in 2.0 – 2.5 – 3.0 and 3.5 mm with the NeoSys® single use instrumentation set (as from 2.5mm, a neutralization version fully threaded of the I.B.S.™ screw is also available).
The Large IBS™ screws are available in 4.5 – 6.5 and 8.0 mm (compression and neutralization) with a reusable instrumentation set.
The IBS™ screws are delivered sterile in tube.
